I am bombarded with stress on a daily basis due to the stress of two jobs and four children. I have to find my daily Zen, and I want to show you how you can as well. I have spent the larger part of two years really researching and gaining a huge understanding of how to combat stress. It is my belief that multiple conditions in the body are related to stress and how we handle it. In my own health journey, I have suffered PTSD and a brain injury at 14 years old that created debilitating conditions in my body including Turrets syndrome and type 2 diabetes. My little teenage body couldn’t handle such unbelievable stress, and it manifested in my body through these conditions. You may be wondering how this is possible, and it’s very simple. If you are holding on to internal stress every biochemical process is overtaxed and not working properly. I have worked with people who manifest hives or heart palpitations that are directly related to a stressful event, and not because they are lacking a vitamin or mineral.
