So today let’s go well beyond the orange and discuss the benefits, forms, myth busters, and best ways to take vitamin c.

  • This is the greatest way vitamin c can help you. We need a steady daily dose of vitamin c at least 1000 to 2000 mg daily. This dose of vitamin c can help your body’s immune function stay strong and combat toxins that we come into contact with as well.
  • When you get sick or stressed the body will quickly consume any available vitamin c to combat the illness. So when you are sick and not feeling well you can increase your dose dramatically.
