Vaccines: Good or Bad?

I want to talk about a touchy and personal subject: vaccines. I have been deeply affected by some very traumatic incidents when it came to getting my vaccines for school when I was younger. My mom saw on the news that some preservatives in vaccines could harm your health. My mom also was worried because she found out that some of the viruses were preserved using monkey or other animal tissue, not human tissue. I found out later in life, after some major health issues, that a huge factor was the multiple vaccines I had to get to attend school. When I got older and began to study vaccines, I learned some terrifying information about vaccines, and I also learned more about how we can bolster our own innate immune system to overcome viruses. It has been 9 years since I have had the flu shot, and I have not once gotten the flu despite being around people who did, and guess what: they were the ones who got the flu shot! Let’s explore today how we can make a safe decision about getting vaccines and how to help support our own immune system.

Getting Vaccines

I want to give you a reference to Dr. Sherri Tenpenny, an expert on vaccines and their benefits, and also their negative consequences. Unfortunately, her site has been shut down and there have been many people who speak out against her as she fights for the truth. The only way to connect with her is through Facebook.

  • Dr. Sherri would present cases of real children who receive vaccines and developed multiple brain issues and health issues only weeks after receiving vaccines.
  • Dr. Sherri also shared stories about how taking a flu vaccine for some would help them and prevent them from getting sick.
  • I don’t want to sway you to the decision that I personally choose, which is to not get vaccines, but I want to educate you to make your own decisions.

Alternative Solutions

For the longest time we were able to overcome disease and viruses through our own innate immunity and the great genetic changes that we went through over the ages to fight off viruses and bacteria. We did not need to percolate and grow viruses then inject them into us to help our bodies fight them off. We don’t have vaccine deficiency in our bodies. Through herbs and great nutrition, we can build up an amazing body that has a very strong immune system and here’s how:

  • Eat a diet rich in healthy saturated fats and protein that’s low sugar and high in vegetables.
  • Eat fermented foods and raw milk.
  • Take a high-quality Vitamin C supplement daily around 1500mg to 2000mg lypospheric C.
  • Get Vitamin D either by getting adequate sun or taking a high-quality supplement. 5000IU a day.
  • Exercise. This stimulates the immune system and increases the body’s strength. I recommend interval training.
  • De-stressing.
  • Homeopathic remedies are another safe solution as an alternative to vaccines.
