Garlic: The King of Sulfur

Throughout the centuries, garlic has been the most incredible food and medicine. We can reminisce about garlic bread at your favorite Italian restaurant or the delicious garlic added to your favorite tomato sauce. While garlic may not repeal vampires, it can help repeal viruses, bacteria, and fungus. Today we are going to explore the powerful and truly medicinal qualities of this delicious herb. We will figure out how to use garlic without smelling like garlic!


First and foremost, garlic is a heart tonic herb. Garlic can dramatically change your heart and cardiovascular system for the better.

Garlic is like an amazing pipe cleaner in the body. The calcium plaque that builds up in our veins and arteries can be cleaned out by the powerful sulfur compounds found in Garlic.
